Innothoughts Systems Pvt Ltd · Effective date: 22 July 2026
Innothoughts Systems Pvt Ltd ("Innothoughts", "we", "us") provides design, software
development
(including AI/ML solutions), web design and development, search engine optimisation, Google
Business
Profile management, and digital advertising services. This policy explains what information we
collect
through our website and tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you
include
when you contact us, request a quote, or engage our services.
Client project information — content, credentials, and account access that clients share with us
so we can
deliver agreed services (for example, website content or advertising account access). We use
these solely
to deliver those services.
Technical information — standard website analytics such as pages visited, approximate location,
device and
browser type, collected via cookies or similar technologies.
2. How we use information
To respond to enquiries and provide the services clients engage us for.
To operate, improve, and secure our website and tools.
To send service-related communication. We do not send marketing email without consent, and you
can opt
out at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the
service
providers needed to run our business (hosting, analytics, advertising platforms), or where the
law
requires it.
3. LinkedIn platform application (InnoContentStudio)
We operate an internal tool, InnoContentStudio, which uses the official LinkedIn API to plan and
publish
content to our own LinkedIn company page.
-
What it accesses: when an authorised administrator of our LinkedIn page
connects the
tool via LinkedIn's OAuth consent screen, the tool receives an access token, the identifier
and name
of the LinkedIn organisation page(s) that administrator manages, and the administrator's
LinkedIn
member identifier.
-
What it is used for: solely to publish posts (text and images) to our own
LinkedIn
company page on a schedule. It does not read, collect, or store personal data of other
LinkedIn
members, and it does not post to, message, or interact with any member profile.
-
How it is protected: access tokens are encrypted at rest on infrastructure we
control and are never shared with third parties. Access can be revoked at any time from
LinkedIn's
Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, and we delete stored tokens on request or when
no
longer needed.
Our use of LinkedIn data complies with the
LinkedIn API Terms of Use
.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics (such as Google Analytics) to
understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Advertising
platforms we use for client campaigns (such as Google Ads and Meta) have their own privacy
policies and
controls.
5. Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the
data we
handle, including encryption of credentials and access controls. We retain personal information
only as
long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw
consent
you have previously given, by contacting us using the details below. We handle requests in
accordance
with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective
date above.
